Welcome to Countryside Mower Services. We are a mower repair company based in the Essex countryside and we’ve been established since 2013. We specialise in the repair and service of all types and styles of lawn mowers, chainsaws, hedge cutters and strimmers, in fact anything mechanical for the garden.

Cylinder Grinding.
If you have a cylinder mower that needs sharpening then no problem as we have a cylinder grinder allowing us to sharpen small petrol mowers upto large commercial mowers.

Used Machinery
We have a selection of second hand equipment from chainsaws and strimmers to push and ride on mowers. Please contact for more info but word of warning we sell out early in the year.
Service / Repair / Spares
We carry out general repairs to most horticultural machinery including Welding, Tyres, Electrical to full services. We also carry a range of spare parts.
On-site Repair
We also offer onsite repair. This is mainly for the larger equipment as its more practical to repair on site than in house. There is a minimum call out charge for this type of equipment due to it taking us away from the workshop.
We can make or sharpen most sizes of chainsaw chain. We carry a selection of .325 and 3/8 chain.
We carry a selection of mower belts. From A section to BB including Kevlar mower belts. Any belts we don't have we can get in a couple of days
Wheels, Tyres and inner tubes.
We carry a selection of inner tubes and a few tyres including wheel barrow tyres.
Collection / Delivery.Call out Charge.
For all collections and deliveries there is a standard charge of £10
per event.
This does not cover the cost of deliveries by any means it just helps a little.
For on site work there is a call out charge of £50
plus hourly charge of £50.
This is chargeable from the time leaving the workshop to returning. There is only one call out charge per job regardless of visits as long as its for the same job..
